I've forgotten my cPanel login. What do I do?
If you cannot remember your server login information, please submit a ticket with our staff and we will have this resent to you. You will need to log in to your control center at http://my.kualo.com.
If you do not remember your login to my.kualo.com, you may request that your password is reset using the Forgotton Passwork link.
If you are still unable to access the helpdesk, then please either phone or email us from your registered account email address and we'll be happy to assist you to relocate your login details. When emailing, please also request us to reset your helpdesk login details.
