Symptoms: Works for some users and not for others
Issue: Permissions are not set properly for the user
Solution:
Under the Administrator Account, go to Settings > Users
However your mouse over the user that is having the issue, click on Edit Permissions
Review the permissions - make sure that all permissions have a value, whether it is Administrator, View only or View & Manage - Click Save when done.
Symptoms: It's not working no matter which user I use.
Issue: Problem with the cache or cookies
Solution:
Clear you cache and cookies.
Read instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies
Restart your browser after clearing
Symptoms: Clients can't log in using my new customized domain
Issue: You just switched to v3
Solution:
Be sure you validate your domain name by going to Settings > Your Site Settings > Site URL
