If you've lost access to your WordPress admin area, you can set a new admin password directly from cPanel using WP Toolkit - no need to use the WordPress "Lost password" link or have access to the admin's email account.
This guide assumes you can already log into your cPanel account. If you can't, please reset your cPanel password first using How to reset your cPanel password.
Sign in to cPanel using your cPanel username and password. You can also access cPanel via your MyKualo account.
In cPanel, press the WordPress Management link in the left navigation.

WP Toolkit lists every WordPress installation on your hosting account. Find the one you want to update. If you have several installs and aren't sure which is which, the domain associated with each install is shown alongside its name.
Click the down carrat on the installation in question to open its dashboard, and press the Setup button.

This will open a panel where you will be able to list and modify the existing users.

You'll see a list of administrator accounts on the site, select the one you wish to re-set.
Enter a new password in the form that appears and save. You may also use the generate password to generate a random password.
You can now log into WordPress at yourdomain.com/wp-admin using the admin username and your new password.
