Before sending your campaign, it's essential to preview and test it. This guide will help you understand what to check before confidently hitting the send button.
Testing your email thoroughly ensures that it appears correctly across different platforms and browsers, enhancing the recipient's experience.
Start testing by clicking the eye icon at the top right of the MailMachine email designer. You can preview the content on both desktop and mobile versions.
Test your email, even send it to a friend to check for errors. You can send yourself a test email by clicking the arrow in the upper right corner of the email designer and selecting Send test email.
Always send another test after making changes. Everything must be double-checked.
Proofread the content in the email designer; here's what to consider:
Once testing is complete, click the Continue button.
Triple check the Summary of the Campaign and choose the recipients. Verify the Campaign Name, From Name and Email, To list, and Subject.
Send your campaign
Follow this guide, and you'll be ready to confidently hit the send button.
