What are users?
Users are people that have access to the Admin account (though you are able to control permissions for each user). For example, if there are several people managing several clients, you would need to give them all different user accounts for them to do so. You can manage your users under the Settings tab > Users.
What are clients?
Clients are the companies who you will provide email marketing services for, whether you create their email campaigns or they manage campaign creation themselves. You manage your clients under the Clients tab.
