The system allows you to see the engagement rate of your lists - that is, the percentage of opens and clicks per campaign. This will allow you to have an idea of how well your campaigns are doing and add room for improvement.
ISPs are now looking at the level of engagement in addition to the number of complaints and bounces you generate when assessing sender reputation. If you are not using this data to your advantage, you are missing out on a key metric and stand to see a drop in your overall delivery as a result. A list with a high level of engagement shows your recipients are interested in what you are sending them and people who interact with your email have a higher tendency to visit your website, clicks on links, purchase something, forward it to their friends and interact with a company's brand on social networks. So the fewer recipients who delete your messages and the more they open or click the better!
