To manage your suppression list, go to your client's Settings > Suppression List
Under Suppression List, you will see options available to add full Email Addresses, Email Domains (@domain.com), and Email Prefixes (prefix@).
To make additions, select a category (address, domain, or prefix) and click on the Add button at the top right. You may add individual emails or import a full list.
The email(s) will then appear on your suppression list. All emails will be separated depending on how the emails were added to the list:
Manually - emails that were added manually by you to the list
Feedback Loop - refer to our deliverability section
Unsubscribe Request - recipient unsubscribed and does not want to receive any future emails
Complaint - recipient complained about receiving emails
