I have 2 domains say abc.com and xyz.com, both registered with you ( Kualo ). I need to have the two domains to point such that they point to the same website. For this to be accomplished, I thought of parking one domain on top of the other. So, I tried to park the domain xyz.com on top of the primary domain abc.com, But I got the following message.
Error:
============================================================
There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: xyz.com is owned by another user.
============================================================
Resolution:
Usually this error occurs when domain forwarding/parking service is activated for a domain via our my.kualo.com portal. In order to resolve this issue, I need to deactivate the domain forwarding/parking service from my my.kualo.com portal. To do this, I followed the steps given below:
1. Login to my.kualo.com
2. Click "My Domains" ( You will see the list of domains registered with Kualo )
3. Clict "Edit Icon" to the right of the domain in question.
4. Change "web/email forwarding" to "Off". Make sure that the name servers assigned to the domain ( seen on the same page at Step 4), are set to:
ns1.kualo.net
ns2.kualo.net
ns3.kualo.net
ns4.kualo.net
