Setting up a Zimbra Exchange Email Address in Mac Mail

This article outlines how to connect a Zimbra Email account in Mac Mail.

This article is for connecting 'Exchange Compatible' accounts, the integration method supported on the Professional plan and higher.

To proceed, you will need to know:

1. Open the Mac Mail application, then select Exchange and click on Continue:

2. Fill in your full name, as you would like it to appear in the From field of outgoing emails, your email and your password, then click on Sign in:

3. If you get a message saying that Mail is: "Unable to verify account name or password", then click on Next:

4. On the Next screen, fill in the Internal and External URLs with: webmail.kualo.com and click on Sign in:

5. Once done, you should get a screen asking you to select the apps you want to use with this account:

Click on Done.
