Setting up a Zimbra Exchange Email Address in Windows Mail

This article outlines how to connect a Zimbra Email account in Microsoft Windows Mail, not to be mistaken with connecting Zimbra to Microsoft Outlook.

This article is for connecting 'Exchange Compatible' accounts, the integration method supported on the Professional plan and higher.

To proceed, you will need to know:

Your Email Address
Your Email Address Password

Adding the account

1. Open the Windows Mail application, then click on Accounts >> Add Account:

2. Select the Advanced Setup option:

3. Select Exchange ActiveSync:

4. Enter you details into the box. Please make sure that you use mail server: webmail.kualo.com and click on Sign in:

5. Once done, you should get a successful test message
