This article outlines how to connect a Zimbra Email account in Outlook for Mac.
This article is for connecting 'Exchange Compatible' accounts, the integration method supported on the Professional plan and higher.
To proceed, you will need to know:
1. Open the Outlook for Mac application, then select Outlook >> Preferences >> Accounts >> Add Email Account, then enter your Email Address and click on Continue:
2. Next, select Not IMAP? in the top right part of the Outlook window:
3. Select Exchange:
4. On the Next screen, fill in your Email Address, Username (same as the Email), Password and Server.
Please make sure that you use mail server: webmail.kualo.com then click on Add Account at the bottom:
5. Outlook will detect the server settings and ask for your permission. Select on "Always use my response for this server" then Allow:
6) Once done, you should get a successful test message. Click on Done:
