Getting Started with Webmail

Before using webmail, it's important to set up an email account in cPanel. If you haven't done this yet, refer to our guide on creating email accounts in cPanel.

Accessing Webmail

Direct Access: Navigate to www.yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with your email credentials (email address and email address password). Replace yourdomain.com with your actual website address.

Via cPanel: Log into cPanel, find the Email section and choose Check Email against the email address you wish to access.

Upon logging into webmail, you will find various options on the dashboard for managing your email:

Set Up Email on Your Device: Configure email on devices like iPhone or iPad.
Manage Your Inbox: Includes options for setting up autoresponders, creating email filters, and managing email forwarders.
Edit Your Settings: Change your password, update contact information, and configure calendar and contacts.
