This demo assumes you've already logged in to cPanel.
Now let's learn how to restore file backups for our website.
1) Click on the File Backups icon under the JetBackup tab:

Here you can restore files and folders for your website from the last 30 days. You will see a list of all file backups available:

2) Click on the 'File Manager' icon next to the date you wish to restore from and select the files, or folders that you wish to restore. To restore your website content select only the public_html folder:

3) Click on 'Restore selected files' to restore the selected files from the backup.
By clicking on 'Download Selected Files', you can generate a download for the selected files. A .tag.gz file will be generate under Downloads, which you can download to your computer:
