By default, we do not send cPanel passwords via email, including in welcome emails. Instead, you can log into cPanel through MyKualo. If you need guidance on how to do this, please refer to this article.
However, some users may prefer to log in directly by adding /cpanel
to their domain. To do this, you will need to set your own cPanel password and use your cPanel username.
There are two ways to reset your cPanel password:
If you don't know your password or haven't logged in directly before, you can set a new one via MyKualo:
You can then log in directly by adding /cpanel
to your domain.
If you already know your existing cPanel password, you can change it within cPanel itself by following these steps:
1) Click the Password & Security icon
2) Enter your current (or old) password
3) Enter and confirm a new password.
4) Click Change your Password Now
That's it! Your cPanel password has been changed.
