How To Use The Image Gallery Widget

ProSite comes with a ready made image gallery widget which can make adding image galleries to your website simple.

To get started with using a gallery:

1. Launch the Site Builder tool from your cPanel.

2. Go to the page where you want to insert your image gallery.

3. Hover your mouse to 'Gallery' element then drag and drop it to your page.

4. You'll be presented with a number of gallery types.

The builder offers the following image gallery types:

Thumbnails;
Masonry;
Background;
List;
Map;
Slideshow:
- Slideshow;
- Slideshow with captions.

Select the type of gallery you'd like to add,

The gallery will be added to the page and pre-populated with dummy images, depending on the type of gallery you've added.

Adding Pictures

Each gallery type will allow you to add pictures to the gallery.

You can adjust other configuration settings dependent on the gallery type, for instance you may set the width, height, padding and alignment on your thumbnail gallery.

Captions can be added and you can additionally configure the style of those captions.

How To Change Your Image Gallery Type

You can change the gallery type between versions by selecting a different type from the Gallery Menu. The image gallery widget will automatically switch to the image gallery type you have selected.
